There's no complains at all, had a great stay on our last night in Hawaii. We was offered a room with splendid views of the ocean. The location was great and good - within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. Also, the hotel was 3 miles away from Waipio Bay...

I liked its nice and friendly employees.

the stay here was really comfortable on our last night in hawaii. the room itself was clean here with all the hawaii books and a shared bathroom. the location was exceptionally nice, in big island! no complains at all, the venue met the needs.

The bathroom had a persistent odd smell that was hard to ignore, despite appearing clean. For multiple-day stays, having wet towels due to the humid environment became uncomfortable, and the large clamps on the bed frame caused bruises when moving around. Noise from the family upstairs and other guests was disruptive.

I got nice and amazingly comfortable room with a handy kitchenette.

The lodge sits in a remote area, perfect for tranquility. I loved the outdoor kitchen with a grill. It was fantastic to cook while surrounded by nature. Fresh bananas and macadamia nuts from the garden added a special touch to the stay. The spacious bathroom was a plus, allowing comfort, especially with two people. The noise from the family upstairs was disruptive during early mornings and evenings were good. The bed was softer than what I prefer, which led to some discomfort during the night. Despite this, the location's charm kept us exploring.

The lodge has a warm, inviting atmosphere and the staff are friendly! I appreciated the safety of having their family live upstairs as it allowed me to relax and enjoy my stay.

Though the shared bathroom arrangement might not suit everyone's taste, it provided an opportunity to bond with fellow guests albeit at times it felt a bit cramped.

I had such a lovely stay with a warm, inviting atmosphere and clean spaces.5 km away and the amazing Waipio Valley Lookout a short 1.5 km walk from the lodge! As a female solo traveler, I felt safe with the family's presence upstairs.

The outdoor kitchen was a great spot for grilling, and the lush garden with fresh fruits added a good touch 🌿 The common areas offered a friendly ambiance, making it easy to chat with other guests.

While the location was wonderful, a bit more attention to room ventilation would enhance the experience.

The fresh macadamia nuts in the garden were amazing 🥜 But the noise from the family above and outside guests made it tough to relax. Tents looked nicer too!

Great outdoor area with picnic tables. Wi-Fi was spotty at times.

The location offers a restful place, with the spacious bathroom and well-equipped kitchen adding to the comfort of the stay. Enjoying grilled meat in the outdoor cooking area was a highlight. Noise from the owner and other guests made it difficult to relax completely, leading to an early departure. The tents in the garden looked inviting, and next time, they might be a better choice for quietude.

We appreciated the standard double room with a shared bathroom and all the Hawaii books. the location near the valley was great. the staff was friendly, and we would love to stay here again on our next trip.

Really enjoyed the comfy living room setup. The outdoor kitchen was awesome for grilling too!

The location is nice and ideal, next to the garden, Big Island, Waipio Valley, and Black Sand Beach. the rooms are clean with a shared bathroom and have all the Hawaii books. - the staff are nice.
